Payment

What forms of payment do you take?

You can pay by debit or credit card, Amex, ApplePay, Shop Pay, Klarna or by Paypal.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, ANAEL Paris offers installment payment options through our partners Klarna and Oney. You can securely pay in 2, 3, or 4 installments without any additional fees. Simply select Klarna or Oney as your payment method at checkout to take advantage of this convenient option.

How do I apply a promotional or discount code to my order?

To apply a promotional or discount code, enter the code in the "Promo Code" field during checkout and click "Apply."
If it's not working, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Is it secure to use my credit card on your website, and how do you store my payment information?

Yes, it is secure to use your credit card on ANAEL Paris's website. We utilize advanced encryption technology (SSL) to protect your payment information during the transaction process. Shipping

What are your delivery times?

We invite you to verify at checkout the delivery options available for your shipping address at the time of the order.

For Standard and Express deliveries, the preparation of your order will require 1-2 business days.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, and that our Distribution Center is closed on national holidays: Jan 1st; Apr 1st, 25th; May 1st; Aug 15th; Nov 1st; Dec 25th, 26th.
Please plan your purchases as orders will not be shipped or delivered on these days.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters or unseasonable weather.

Is a signature required at delivery?

For security reasons, all purchases made on anaelparis.com require a signature upon delivery.

All orders are delivered by UPS. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days.

After 3 failed delivery attempts, your order will be automatically returned to Anael.

Any shipping restrictions?

All the available delivery destinations can be selected at the check out page by selecting "Ship to".

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.

Please note some items, such as fragrances, are subject to shipping limitations in certain countries or areas. You can check if your address of choice is eligible for shipment at check out.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be able to cancel it for you. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return process once you receive the package.

What if I receive a wrong or defective product?

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will find a solution and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible and provide instructions for returning the incorrect or faulty item.

Currently, we do not offer extended warranties. However, all our products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance

What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to our newsletter for restock notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for more information on availability.

Anael has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries.

You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

Exchanges and Returns

What is your Return Policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How do I ship my return?

Can i use my own return service?

Yes, you can use your own return service to send back items. Please ensure that you use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
